The menu boasts
culinary delights with the robust flavors of familiar
traditional cooking with a refreshing twist of tropical
ingredients. Different lunch and dinner menus are available.
The lighter lunch menu is tailored to the tropical warm
midday; easy on the digestion yet appealing to the taste
buds. The dinner menu indulges in the dining experience,
especially for long, relaxed evenings. Tantalize the palate
with hints of Asian spices and herbs or end the meal with a
mild piquant chili ice cream.
Also unique to Lamak
is an offering of set, family-style dining. Indonesian and Asian
family-style menus offer four courses, with soup, choice of starters, main course and sweets, with tea or coffee. Two complete rijstaffel menus are presented in traditional fashion, with a sampling from across the Indonesian archipelago.
The special menus are changed seasonally.
Available on request are: set light lunch menus, barbecue seafood and vegetarian dishes - although the a la carte menus offers a range of non-meat choices.
Lamak provides service for birthday, wedding or cocktail parties and makes special arrangements for groups.
